In addition to research and educational projects, I offer commercial consulting. This page explains how I can help companies, organizations, and individuals who care about their presence in Wikipedia, Wikidata, and the broader digital environment.

I have been actively working with Wikipedia and Wikidata for more than fifteen years: writing and rewriting hundreds of articles, contributing to investigative projects, and publishing texts on climate, ecology, politics, and digital culture. My findings and commentary are regularly cited in the media. This experience allows me to see how Wikipedia’s internal mechanisms function, where companies and organizations most often make mistakes, and how to build a sustainable and ethical presence.
Areas of expertise
My role is to help minimize mistakes when working with Wikipedia. It doesn't matter whether your company does this internally or through an external PR contractor — I join as an independent expert.
Wikipedia and Wikidata: strategy and support
Working with Wikipedia and Wikidata is not just about "creating an article." It is a long-term strategy: which topics are notable, how to collect and verify sources, and how to establish a solid foundation.

I help to:
— assess the notability and prospects of a topic;
— collect a body of reliable sources;
— develop a sustainable strategy for articles;
— support existing pages and data, making them more accurate and resilient.
Reputation and digital presence
Reputation in the digital space goes far beyond Wikipedia articles. It includes media mentions, blog posts, and traces of past events. I conduct "digital archaeology": uncovering potentially vulnerable narratives about people and organizations.

I help to:
— identify risks and sensitive narratives;
— analyze how the overall picture looks to journalists, partners, or investors;
— distinguish between random distortions, internal Wikipedia dynamics, and deliberate hostile actions;
— choose the right strategy — from ignoring to a well-argued defense.
Public image and future articles
Sometimes a Wikipedia article does not yet exist — or cannot exist at this stage. In such cases, it is important to prepare the ground: to create a clear and coherent narrative that may later form the basis of publications.

I help to:
— structure biographies or company histories;
— identify gaps in media coverage and suggest ways to fill them;
— design the "ideal" draft of a future article;
— shape a public image that works both for business and for encyclopedic standards.
Formats and pricing
Consultation
A focused format for urgent and important questions. I prepare a written analysis: the prospects of an article, case evaluation, or recommendations on digital presence. This provides an independent view and concrete steps, while helping to avoid common mistakes.
€300
Hourly work
A flexible format for tasks that are difficult to estimate in advance. This may include fact-checking, drafting text, responding to new edits, or refining research findings. Convenient for entrepreneurs and small teams, offering flexibility and transparency where tasks are unpredictable.

Project support
A long-term format for companies and organizations that need consistent support. Together we build a sustainable strategy for presence in Wikipedia and the digital space: from collecting sources and analyzing risks to designing a public image and protecting against distortions. This approach minimizes mistakes and saves resources otherwise spent on fixing them later.

Includes:
— regular research and fact-finding;
— interim deliverables and check-ins;
— strategic narrative development;
— final texts ready for public use.

How I work
I adapt to your workflow: timelines, documentation, NDAs, and communication channels — Slack, Signal, email, Telegram, or Facebook. All collaboration is text-based, so thoughts are expressed clearly, agreements are recorded, and no information is lost.

One message is enough to clarify the task and agree on a format. In return, you will receive specifics and a documented result — not just "a call for the sake of a call."

Non-profits, journalists, and activists can request free assistance through my project  Wikiganda.org.
